◇Regarding tickets

・This performance will be held with the number of people mobilized according to the accommodation rate set by the government. Depending on future deregulation, performances may be held with more people than the accommodation capacity.
・In order to reduce contact opportunities with paper tickets and to register all visitor information, all ticket sales will be carried out with electronic tickets. When entering, please operate your smartphone by yourself under the instructions of the staff.
・We are planning to implement a seating arrangement that takes measures to prevent infection. We plan to keep a certain distance between you and your companion. However, depending on the future guidelines, there may be cases where there is no space between the front, back, left and right seats.
・When purchasing tickets, we will check the name and contact information of the ticket purchaser and accompanying person before selling. This personal information may be shared with administrative agencies such as public health centers as necessary in order to trace the route of infection in the unlikely event that an infected person occurs. Please note.

◇ Customers who fall under the following are not allowed to enter.

・People who cannot wear masks all the time except for special reasons.
・Have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher. Cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge/congestion, loss of taste/smell, eye pain/conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, etc. those with symptoms.
・ Those who have been tested positive for the new coronavirus and are currently instructed to stay at home by a doctor.
・Those who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, or who have visited or resided in a country or region where the government has imposed immigration restrictions or an observation period after entering the country within two weeks before the performance. Those who have close contact with people.
・We will refuse admission to those who cannot follow the precautions and requests to prevent infection, or those who we judge to be an obstacle to ensuring safety. Also, if such an act is discovered during the performance, you will be asked to leave the venue.
・Alcohol intake may raise body temperature. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before your visit. In addition, bringing in alcoholic beverages, drinking alcohol in the venue, and being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.

◇ Requests for admission

・Please check your physical condition and measure your body temperature before visiting.
・Temperature measurement will be carried out at the time of entry. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, we will take your temperature again after a while at the designated waiting area, and if there is no change in your body temperature, you will be refused entry.

However, cheering goods such as fans must not be of a height/size that interferes with the performance or the viewing of other customers, and are prohibited from disturbing others.
・In the unlikely event that there is a possibility of an infectious disease occurring in the venue, we will check the seats. Therefore, it is prohibited to move or exchange unnecessary seats during the performance, and please refrain from contact between visitors and lending and borrowing of items.
・Please cooperate with cough etiquette and refrain from talking as much as possible in the audience/lobby.
・Please cooperate with frequent disinfection, hand washing, gargling, and cough etiquette in the venue.
・When eating and drinking in the venue, please cooperate with wearing a mask and eating silently.
* What is mask eating and drinking: Mask eating and drinking is called to prevent droplet infection at eating and drinking places, which is considered to be a key point of infection control. It is a thorough thing to put on.
・If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please notify the staff immediately.
・The smoking area in the venue may be closed or the number of people may be limited.

・It is prohibited to wait for performers to enter or exit.
・Please note that the staff will call out to customers who appear to be unwell. In addition, please understand that we may refuse entry to the venue depending on the situation.
・In the venue, if there is a high risk of infection, such as a close contact with customers, the staff may ask you to speak to them, so we ask for your cooperation.
・Pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those with chronic or underlying illnesses, those who find it difficult to act alone, etc. Prioritize the safety of your own body and those involved. Please consider visiting based on the judgment of.
・After the performance, in order to avoid congestion when leaving, we will implement a restricted exit. Please remain seated in your seat until the staff guides you in order.
・After leaving the venue, please move quickly without staying around the venue.
・If you are confirmed to be infected with the virus after the performance, please contact the local public health center and report to the contact information for each performance. At the same time, please cooperate in registering positive information on the contact confirmation application (COCOA).

◇ Measures inside the venue

・If we determine that it is possible to sell live goods and CDs/DVDs inside and outside the venue, we will take measures to prevent crowding and prevent droplet infection.
・Regarding merchandise sales, we have separately provided information on measures and precautions for the sales area.
・Regular disinfection work will be thoroughly carried out, focusing on areas where an unspecified number of people come into contact, such as handrails, doorknobs, and light switches, and areas with a high risk of infection.
・We will thoroughly ventilate the venue. We will try to ventilate the facility by opening the door as necessary.
・We will ensure a sufficient distance between the stage and the audience.
・In places where face-to-face contact with visitors is required, we will install acrylic plates and transparent vinyl curtains to prevent droplet infection.
・We will set up information boards and signs related to infection prevention to encourage caution.
・Regarding the opening of the shop in the venue, we will inform you on the official website of the venue.

◇ Regarding measures against infectious diseases for staff and performers

・All event staff will be required to wear a mask, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their hands.
・Temperature and health checks will be conducted for all event participants.
・If you are confirmed to be unwell such as with a fever, we will stop engaging in the relevant work.
・ All performers will be checked for temperature and health conditions, and wear masks, wash hands frequently, and disinfect hands thoroughly except when performing.
・In the event of any other incidents, we will immediately cooperate with health administration agencies such as public health centers and nearby medical institutions, and promptly take measures to ensure the health and safety of performers and people involved in the event.

Depending on the future infection status of the new coronavirus infection and changes in the guidelines and guidelines of each government agency and industry group, we will change the described response. Also, depending on the situation, we may decide to cancel or postpone the performance without stopping.

Notes on viewing online distribution

• The online distribution live of this performance can be viewed from your PC or smartphone. To watch, you need to purchase a ticket (viewing rights) in advance.
• Before purchasing a ticket, please carefully read the notes on the website of each distribution service and be sure to check whether you have an Internet environment and recommended environment suitable for watching live distribution.

• Cancellations, changes, and refunds for reasons other than postponement or cancellation of performances after ticket purchase are not possible.
• We will make the best preparations for the distribution, such as equipment and lines, but due to the characteristics of the distribution, there is a possibility that unexpected pauses or image disturbances may occur. Please note that the ticket fee will not be refunded even in that case.
• The organizer will not be held responsible for any problems caused by the customer's Internet environment or viewing environment.
• This performance is a paid live broadcast. All rights are reserved by the organizer. Screen recording, shooting, and recording with cameras, smartphones, etc. are all prohibited. In addition, you may be held legally responsible if you reprint or share on video sites without permission.
• Commercial use of the broadcast live video is prohibited. This includes receiving fees from the audience and broadcasting live video in restaurants, halls, etc.
• Due to the spread of new coronavirus infection, the event may be canceled suddenly. Please note.

Admission

The name and contact information you registered when purchasing the ticket may be provided to public institutions as necessary. You may be asked to confirm your ID when entering.
Temperature will be measured at the entrance.
Please refrain from visiting if you fall under any of the following.

When visiting

• ・We ask for your cooperation in avoiding the three Cs (closed spaces, crowds, and close-contact settings) in the lobby, venue, and venue premises, and refraining from conversation as much as possible.
